Donald "Donnie" Stuart

We mourn our beloved Don's passing with broken hearts and we are left with a void that cannot be filled. He is so very much missed and loved. Don was vibrant, bold, passionate, resilient, generous, giving, and compassionate. Don was born to Bill and Helen Stuart 67 years ago. He grew up in Santa Clara in a very close knit and caring family with his twin brother Ron and numerous cousins, uncles, aunts, and grandparents nearby. He served his country in the U.S Army during the Vietnam war. Upon his return, he married the love of his life Diane, raised a family and settled in Santa Clara in his old neighborhood, and after a long work history, a well deserved retirement. Don deeply cherished and loved his children Aaron Stuart, Gale Stuart Rodriguez, and Kristi Stuart, his grandchildren, one great grandchild and his many friends. We will always remember his gentle and lively spirit. We will celebrate Donnie’s life, and all that he meant to us, with a Memorial Service on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 North Winchester Blvd. in Santa Clara, California. Inurnment will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, 490 Lincoln St., Santa Clara, California.
