Donna B. Jacobs

Donna Bennett Jacobs passed away on September 9, 2016 at the age of 88. She is survived by her Grandson John Paul Jacobs of Concord, CA, Granddaughter Jennifer Jacobs of Spokane, WA., and Great-grandchildren Angel Leffel and Noah Leffel, Jr. also of Spokane, WA. Survivors include her sisters Lorraine Pletscher of New Brighton, MN, Delores Winter of Camano Island, WA, Peggy Compagna of San Carlos, CA, Suzanne Bohn of Dallas, TX, Barbara Asher of Redding, CA. as well as brothers Roger Bennett of San Jose, CA and Ed Bennett of St. Cloud, MN. Donna was the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth Bennett of St. Cloud, MN.

Donna was pre-deceased by her husband, Elmer (Jake) Jacobs, her son John Jacobs, her brother, Brother Andre, OSB and her sister Joyce Mount.

Donna married Jake in St. Cloud, MN and they moved to California soon after. Following Jake’s retirement, they moved to Sun City, AZ and after his death, Donna returned to California.

Donna was a very creative person who enjoyed arts and crafts and home-making. She grew up with many siblings and remained in close contact with them throughout her life.

Jake and Donna’s remains will be interred, side-by-side, in a military cemetery at a later date.
