She passed away peacefully at the age of 95 on February 8, 2021. Edith was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Nathan “Nick” Baggese, loving mother and mother-in-law to Annette and Sid Ellison, Paulette and Ben Romano, Patricia and Tony Wolf.
Grandma to Breanne Romano (Florentino), Michael Romano, Peter Ellison, Nathan Wolf (Haley), Alyssa Romano-Van Osdol (Maxson) and Corinne Wolf Amezuca (Kenneth). Great Grandma to Riley and Brandon Romano, Emiliano and Luciana Luna, Amelia Wolf, Christiana and Natalia Amezuca.
Edith was a teacher’s aide in the Berryessa Union School District for many years. She was a member of the Italian American Club and ICF.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 3rd at 10:30 am at St. Victor Catholic Church located at 3108 Sierra Rd., San Jose, CA.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made in Edith’s memory to With Grace Hospice and Palliative Care, 1879 Lundy Ave. STE 233, San Jose, CA 95131.
Interment will be private.
