John Joseph Posada passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 1, 2012. John is remembered by his wife, Rita O. Posada, two daughters Rachel Estrada and Geraldine Posada, and son Frank Mario Posada. John was a resident of San Jose for over 60 years and is grandfathered to 8 grandchildren, Rachelle, Beverly, Billy, Frank Mario Jr, Jon-Paul, Shaun, Christina and Daniel. He was also a great grandfather to 11 grandchildren, Alexandria, Autumn, Kylie, Serena, Leah, Xavier, Juliana, Michael, Nevaeh, Samuel and Naomi. John was born on December 27, 1919, he was a WWII Army veteran. He was loved dearly by his friends and family, and will be greatly missed. All services will be held at The Lima Family Mortuary. Viewing is on Sept 13th from 5-9pm. Service is on Sept 14th at 11am.
