Lucia, 73, a native of Texas and longtime resident of Santa Clara, passed away Tuesday the 12th. A Memorial Celebration of Lucia's life will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17th at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N Winchester Blvd.
