My thoughts and prayers are with all the family. Went to grammar school with Marjorie. We reconnected in our later years and had lunch together several times. RIP dear friend🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️

My heart is very heavy and I'm so very sorry to hear of Marjorie's passing.  This was way too soon and difficult to comprehend.  She was a loving and nurturing person even at a young age.  I remember being a toddler and her introducing me to her Monkee records and showing me her majorette moves with her baton.   Such great memories that I will cherish forever.  
The end of 2022 has not been easy on our family.  There must be one hekuva St. Joseph's day party going on right now in heaven.  Sending prayers from the bottom of my heart for peace, comfort and healing.  

My sister was a piece of work, well worth the trouble to be around her. She did her best with the crew, (7 children) she gave the world. She loved to celebrate the holidays, birthdays, life. I choose to celebrate her over amping on life and love of family. I choose song I’ve tears, love over sorrow, appreciation over not.  An over achiever with family, food and fun vacations, and even though she lived 69 years, I’m  so sorry she was taken so soon and hard. I love you my sister and believe you are in a better place. I will carry you in my heart for the rest of my life. Do you have your Monkee posters with you?

I see these pictures since my original post. They truly  capture the essence of Marjorie. The color teal/turqoise, her love of children, as seen in every picture so interactive, her insistence on having that Nativity scene put out front every year,  her reliable tins full of Christmas cookies,  her table-fulls of food with her simmering crock pots, all of this, the warm/fuzzy Marjorie I shared so many times with. That strong presence- bubbly, welcoming, prayer-sharing friend that loved to have people in her house, despite the physical setbacks. I am certain she is enjoying one great big winter-wonderland.


All these pictures are so special.  Marjorie never put on airs.  What you see is what you get.  I never thought this would hit me so hard.

My knowledge of Marjorie goes back many many years to grammar school and high school.  She was my little sister's friend who had an infectious personality and who set the room on fire whenever she entered.  Margie could enter any conversation with something lively and interesting to say.  In my experience she was an open book.  I am so sorry to hear of her passing and I convey my prayerful  condolences to all of her family.  

Marjorie and I go back as far as high school. We soon discovered our fathers both attended Grammer school together.  In recent years her son was in my dads English class at city college.  Our paths kept. crossing.  May she find peace.  Laura joesten leong

Gordon, Jack and Harry, Mr Licursi and the Marsh children, I am so sorry for the loss of Marjorie. She was a dear classmate at St. Patrick’s and I remember  her high fun spirit. She will be missed by all her knew her. Sending prayers and love. Sincerely Mary (Passafiume) Peffley
