Paul C. Chavez, 90, of San Jose passed away peacefully on March 19, 2013. Paul was born in Santa Paula, California on March 2, 1923 and was also a long time resident of Mountain View. He was preceded in death by his wife Bertha Z. Chavez and his son Manuel M. Chavez. He is survived by his son John M. Chavez and wife, Lupe, his granddaughters Katherine Flores and husband, Sergio and Christina Chavez and husband, Roy as well as 5 great-grandchildren Dylan, Darren, Nicole, Giselle, and Ethan. Paul was an accomplished guitar player who loved to play music and dance. He also enjoyed drawing and building things.
