Phyllis Leone died on Sunday, August 23rd, 2015, at the age of 95. An independent woman, Phyllis lived alone after her husband Dominic passed. Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. One of twelve siblings born in Massachusetts, she was a 1st generation Italian who took pride in her heritage and loved cooking for the family. Phyllis enjoyed watching cooking shows and baking. Her home was the host for all holiday gatherings.

> Phyllis was preceded in death by ten siblings, her loving husband Dominic, her loving daughter Beverly and her loving grandson Kevin. She is survived by her loving daughter Olivia and son-in-law Ken Kool. Phyllis is also survived by her brother Anthony Picariello, her four grandsons, Brandon, Jeffrey, Darren, Ross-Michael, and six great-grandchildren.
