Rose Angela Nichols, a woman of strong faith and boundless love, passed away peacefully in her cherished Santa Clara home of 66 years, surrounded by the warmth and adoration of her devoted family. Born on June 5, 1933, in Kankakee, Illinois, to Joseph and Fanny Nichols, Rose grew up in a loving household alongside her younger sister Connie, her dear aunt and uncle, and a close-knit group of cousins.
With a determined spirit and the loving support of her Aunt Angela, Rose successfully convinced her family to embrace a new adventure, and in 1957, they found a new home in California's welcoming embrace.
Throughout her life, Rose held dear the titles of a devoted sister to Connie and a loving aunt to Christine. However, it was her role as "mom" to Patricia that brought her the most profound joy.
