Rosemary Da Rosa passed away at the age of 49 on Thursday after complications from a serious stroke this past summer. She touched many lives with her gentle spirit and fun loving sense of humor. Rosemary was born in Pico Acores to Frank and Gabriela Da Rosa (deceased). Rosemary came to the United States when she was just a few months old. Her family migrated from the Acores Islands off the coast of Portugal. She was raised in Santa Clara and graduated from Wilcox High School. Rosemary is survived by her sister Lisa Da Rosa, nephew Tyler Overcamp of Mountain View; brother David Da Rosa and wife Amanda Da Rosa of Sunnyvale, and niece Alia Da Rosa of San Jose. Rosemary is also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins. Rosemary will be laid to rest at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery in a private burial. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Saint Athanasius church 160 N Rengstorff Ave, Mountain View.
