Teresa L. (Kondziela) Finnegan passed away on July 15, 2014 at her home in Santa Clara at the age of 83. She is predeceased by her two sons, Joseph and Patrick. Teresa is survived by her two daughters, four grandchildren, three great-grandsons and one on the way. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 5-7PM at Lima Family Santa Clara, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 11:00AM at St. Justin Parish, 2655 Homestead Rd., Santa Clara. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
