Theresa Claire Provancher, 82, of Santa Clara, California passed away peacefully at home on January 17th, 2025, surrounded by close family. Born on January 19th, 1942, in Denver, Colorado, to Fay and Margaret Quinby. Theresa was creative, curious, kind, and always cared for others. She loved reading, puzzles, traveling, and taking care of her children and grandchildren. Theresa is survived by her husband of 63 years, Ronald Provancher, her brother Tom Quinby, her three sons, Christopher (Cindy), Jeffery (Robin), Steven (Victoria), and her daughter Nicole Fowler (John); along with five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A celebration of Theresa’s life will be held Friday, January 31st at 3:00 pm at Lima Family Mortuary in Santa Clara, with a reception immediately following. Theresa has requested for guests to wear bright colors to her celebration in her honor. Theresa will be remembered for her passion for her family, her unwavering support, and her love of life. Her family would also like to extend gratitude to everyone involved in her care and for all of the kind messages following her passing.
