Cynthia Renee Hines Ramos

Born on February 15, 1963 to Chuck and Hilda Hines, Cindy had a knack for making friends and a passion for cooking, especially for her friends and family. Never one to pass up a party, her voice and laugh could be heard for miles (at least it felt like it). She loved to interact with the public, working most of her life as a bank teller and office assistant. She will be dearly missed by her coworkers at the County of Ventura. Most recently, her greatest joy was being with and spoiling her six grandchildren.

She is survived by 3 children, Elvia Baies (Jimmy), Michael Ramos, and Cassandra Leon (Roger); her husband, Frankie Cardenas; her two step-sons; her grandkids, Savannah, Ariel, JJ, Nadalynn, Aiden, and Francisca; her brother, Kevin Hines; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is now reunited with her beloved grandparents, parents, brother and sister.

Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Santa Paula on Tuesday, June 30th at 7pm (rosary) and Wednesday, July 1st at 10am (funeral mass) with burial to follow at Pierce Brothers Santa Paula Cemetery and a reception at Steckel Park.
