Detweiler, A. Clayton May 29, 1931 - June 13, 2014 A. Clayton Detweiler, 83 of Sun City, Florida formerly of Perkasie, PA died June 13, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; sons, Dan Detweiler of Bradenton, FL, Tim Detweiler of Thomasville, GA; daughters Carol Detweiler of Venezuela, Linda Grove of Pittsgrove, NJ; brother Gerald Detweiler of Largo, FL; sister Dorothy Pearson of Bradenton, FL; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Thursday, June 19th at the Manasota Memorial Funeral Home and from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 20th prior to the service beginning at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Manasota Memorial Park, Bradenton, FL. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Trinity Baptist Church, Sun City Center, FL. Donations may be made to Gideons. Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
