Benjamin Richard Spears, of Sarasota, FL formerly of Cincinnati, Ohio and Toronto, Canada, passed away suddenly at Sarasota Memorial Hospital April 20, 2016. Ben was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and served in the United States Air Force. He was employed by General Electric in Ohio, President of Porter Precision, President and Owner of J and S International in Toronto and Atlanta. He was a consultant for many years, a cost savings analyst, and set up companies in North America and United Kingdom. Ben’s ever quick wit and humor was infectious. He was kind, considerate, supportive and a most generous much loved gentleman. Ben’s reach was amazing. Affecting lives so positively in personal and business relationships, a team with his wife, Patricia for 40 amazing and loving adventurous years. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Patricia, his two children daughter Debbie Brenn and family and son Steven Spears. Services will be held at 11:30 A.M.
