

Born in Sharon Hill, he was the son of George and Kathryn Bauernschmidt. Jim grew up in West Chester with his 4 brothers; Bill (Debbie), BOB (Annie), Timmy (Julie), and Jay (Sally).
Loved by those that called him Uncle; Kelly (Jeff), Billy, Ryan, DJ (Daria), Drew (Britainie), Brian, Kirsten, Nicole (Joe) and a great uncle to; Evan, Nathan, Jordan, Lucas, Lennon, and Sam.
Jim was transferred to Florida while working for Siemans and
was currently employed with MModal at the time of his passing.
Those that knew Jim, loved him. He was a generous man especially to his family.
Jim loved life to the fullest with his family and friends. His special places were on his boat on Lake Keowee, Sarasota, riding his Harley, men’s night at Mo’s lodge, spending time with his puppies, and the Albino Skunk Music Festival. Jim never forgot his Philadelphia sports teams; rooting for the Flyers, Eagles or Phillies and there to cheer on the Clemson Tigers.
Jim’s personality and smile were contagious. Jimmy was known as a true friend, loving husband, father, brother, uncle and cousin. We all are better because Jimmy was part of our lives, he will be missed by many. Life celebrations plans will be made when Covid restrictions lessen.
