Kadeshia Fazzina, 73, died unexpectedly on July 14, 2020 at Doctors Hospital in Sarasota Florida. Kadeshia was born in Wilkes-Barre PA, but lived the majority of her adult life in Swansea MA with her family.
She enjoyed her career as the nutritionist for Project Head Start in Fall River for over 25 years. Kadeshia was a kind soul and always saw the best in people. What she loved more than anything was spending time with her family.
She was the beloved wife of Frederick B. Fazzina Jr., to whom she was married to for 47 years. She leaves behind her two daughters Arianna Silva and Jenna Worthington, three cherished grandsons, Collin Silva, Marcus Silva, and Owen Worthington, as well as multiple beloved cousins and friends.
There will be a celebration of her life at a later date.
