Lowell D. Lutz of Plant City, Florida passed away on April 22, 2016. Lowell was born in Troy, New York to the late Karl and Margaret (O’Rourke) Lutz. He is survived by his loving wife Joyce and Daughter D.J. Taylor and Father in law Harold G. Green. Lowell is also survived by his two adored grandchildren, Isabella and Zoe Taylor, Brother William, Sister Royanne, Sister Robin and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his Mother in Law Maude M. Green and his brother Kirk. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 27 at 10:30 am at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72 Sarasota, FL 34241. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in his name.
