Michael Andre Youngerman

A proud and loving husband, father, and grandfather, Mike is survived by his wife Lisa; daughter Lisa, son-in-law Nicholas, daughter Noelle and fiancé Matt, daughter Dawn and husband Rodney, daughter Denise and husband Trevor, son Michael; brother Tom; sister Connie, brother-in-law Andrew, sister Karen, sister Kathy, and sister, Judy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Chris and brother, Mark.

A Vietnam Veteran, Mike was proud to serve his country and was a member of the American Legion. He marched in the Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day parades for many years, celebrating the men and women of the armed forces.

Friendly and humorous, Mike made friends wherever he went. He loved playing bingo and singing karaoke with friends, and even got his own machine to sing at home with family.

He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

A funeral service for Michael will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home - Wiegand Chapel, 7454 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34231. A committal service with military honors will occur Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241.
