Scott Anthony Holland

Scott was born on September 15, 1963, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and was a graduate of Baldwin High School. For more than 26 years, he was a dedicated rental agent at The Island House.

Scott had a love of tennis and enjoyed both playing and watching the sport. He was often seen walking his cherished dogs, Gracie and Whitney. A devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates, Scott remained proud of his hometown throughout his life. He also loved boating and spending time by the water, where he found peace and joy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Holland, and his brother-in-law, Bob Thomas.

Scott is survived by his mother, Yvonne Holland; his brothers, Hal Holland (Karen) and Glenn Holland (Cindy); his sister, Wendy Thomas; and several beloved nieces and nephews. His memory will be treasured by all who knew him.

Visitation will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home, Weigand Chapel, 7454 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 5394 Midnight Pass Road, Sarasota, FL with entombment in Sarasota Memorial Park, 5833 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota.
