It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Adrian Rosen on April 18, 2016 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Adrian was born July 2, 1963 to father Alex Rosen and mother Diane (Ebner) in Melfort, Sask. After completing high school, he attended S.I.A.S.T. in Saskatoon, graduating with a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology in 1986. While living in Saskatoon, he met Nadine, the love of his life and they were married on June 23, 1990. Adrian was a kind, generous, loving husband and together they had three beautiful children; Jennifer, Jeremy and Jessica. Adrian was a family man and was involved in all the kids' activities and especially enjoyed coaching (basketball, soccer), attending sporting events, and going on family trips. He enjoyed his time with family. We will always hold him close in our hearts and treasure the special memories we made. Adrian started his career at Develcon in 1986 and went on to Sasktel in 1997 where he progressed through several positions. In 2003, after completing his Business Administration Certificate at the University of Saskatchewan, he went on to become Sales Coordination Manager. While Adrian enjoyed working, he was really passionate about people and the many lifelong friendships he made. Whether working, going to karate, playing hockey or swapping sports collectibles, Adrian touched all those who knew him. He was compassionate, easy-going and his sense of humour always brought a smile to those around him. Adrian is remembered by his loving wife, Nadine (Fullawka), and his wonderful children Jennifer, Jeremy and Jessica; his parents, Alex and Anne Rosen; his brother and his wife, Kent and Kara Rosen; his sister-in-law, Cathie Rosen, and his niece and nephew, Skyler and Jordan. He is predeceased by his mother, Diane Ebner, and his brother, Patrick Rosen. Adrian is also remembered by his mother-in-law, Sonia Fullawka (predeceased by father-in-law, Edward Fullawka); his brothers and sister-in-law Wayne, Darlene, Myron, and their families. The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to the dedicated professionals at RUH Ward 6100 BMT Unit, the Stem Cell Transplant Program, the Saskatoon Cancer Centre and to those who provide comfort at the Palliative Care Unit at St. Paul's Hospital. Should family and friends desire, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Adrian's memory. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, 217 Lenore Drive, Saskatoon, on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 10:30am.
