Brenda Harris

June 24, 1946 – September 21, 2016

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Brenda Harris on Sept 21st, 2016. Born in Humboldt, SK. Brenda was an incredible woman whose main focus in her life was her family. Her love, kindness and genuine care for others was evident in how she lived her life. Her welcoming smile, laughter and sincere regards for others will live in our memories forever. She worked at Market Mall serving her beloved customers for over 30 years. Brenda is survived and lovingly remembered by her daughter Michelle (Brian) Robertson of Yellowknife, NWT; son Justin Harris (Julianne) of Calgary, AB; step-father Ralph Gordon of Saskatoon, SK; brother Elmer Berger of Okotoks, AB; and sister Coleen Meldrum of Saskatoon, SK. She was predeceased by her mother Grace Gordon; her father Elmer Berger Sr. (a WWII Veteran); sister Anita Schenn; and brother Errol Berger. Very dear to Brenda’s heart was Keith and Christine Lehne and their sons Hunter and William, “lights in her life.” In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saskatoon SPCA (5028 Clarence Ave, Grasswood, SK S7T 1A7). A Mother  A Sister  A Friend

The person I am speaking of

Was for sure all the above

She loved life and lived it so

Until God said, “It’s time to go.”

Here’s hoping rest is in the plan

At least for awhile

As on this earth for her it was

Non-stop but with a smile.

The “One” in charge does know all

And is very FAIR I’ve heard

Please no-one do not worry

He has the final word.
