Dennis William Pepper

With great sadness the family of Dennis William Pepper announces his passing on Monday January 10, 2011 at the age of 58. Beloved father of Cora-Lee Pepper (Shane Sydoruk) and much loved Grandpa of Christopher, Dakota and Jordan. Dennis was predeceased by his parents Harvey Pepper, Laurine Evans and Harold Evans. Also predeceased by brothers-in-law Neil Tropeau and Gerald Stewart. Dennis is also survived by his brothers and sisters; Kathleen, Danny, Roberta (Randall), Wayne (Kate), Cindy (George), Lindy (Glenn), Laurie (Randy), Judy (Chris), Brenda (Marshall), Mary-Jo (Murray), Jackie (Bill), and Lisa as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Dennis was born in Melfort Union Hospital on August 12, 1952. He went to Tisdale Composite School then moved to Saskatoon and finished his education. In 1974 Dennis married Shirley Carbert and they had their beautiful and only daughter Cora-Lee Reneigh. Dennis started working for ASL in 1973 and continued up until December 2009. Dennis loved to spend time with his beloved grandchildren. His hobbies were traveling to Mexico, fishing and boating. Dennis had many friends and he loved to dance and socialize at the Army and Navy Club and The Royal Canadian Legion. Donations in Dennis’ memory may be made to the Saskatoon Cancer Centre (20 Campus Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7N 4H4). The Funeral Service for Dennis will be held on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from Acadia-McKague’s Funeral Centre (915 Acadia Dr., Saskatoon, SK) with Elaine Thomas officiating.
