Diana was born to Robert and Doris Duke in Melville, Saskatchewan. She is survived by her three children Jason (Colleen) Devine, Janine (Brad Young) Oosterlaken, Kevin (Negar) Devine, her older sister Violet Herout, her grandchildren; Stephanie, Brandon and Tony Devine, Simon, Nathaniel, Emma (Neufeld) and Joshua Oosterlaken, Tiam Devine, her first great grandson Nolan Neufeld, and all the rest of her extended family.
All who had the pleasure of knowing her knew that she was devoted to her family. There was nothing she enjoyed more than spending time with family laughing. Which we did a lot of. She had a passion for music, singing and a love of curling up with a book. She loved to be outside relaxing, gardening and would be the first one ready to sit by the fire for chatting until dark.
Diana will be truly missed and forever be imbedded in our hearts. No matter what you called her, be it Daughter, Sister, Mom, Nana, or Auntie Dee, she was always there with an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry upon, and hugs that lasted long after she let go.
Arrangements in care of Mourning Glory Funeral Services (306)978-5200. A Celebration of Diana's Life will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 1:00pm at Acadia-McKague's Funeral Chapel, 915 Acadia Drive.
Until we see you again, I will leave you with her own words from her big heart.
“You were the greatest mother and grandmother that is true.
Now you can rest in God's house.
Your work on Earth is through. “– Diana Devine
