Ed would tell you he lived a long, full and blessed life. He leaves behind a very large and loving family. He is survived by his siblings, Jenny and Larry; and predeceased by his sisters, Sabina and Irene. Dad would take great pride in telling you his greatest accomplishments are his 9 beautiful children, Donetta, Cletes, Camille, Carmen, Cory, Dana, Kristan, Maria & Rocky; his 16 grandchildren and his 8 great grand-children who are deeply saddened by his passing. This amazing family began when he married Marie Tellier in 1961 and they raised their 9 children in Unity, SK. Ed was very passionate about baseball and carpentry. His kid’s fondest memories were their time growing up on the farm. Later in his life Ed moved to Saskatoon and in addition to enjoying time with his large family, he continued to care and give to others around him. A Service to honour the life of Ed will be held on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Acadia-McKague’s Funeral Centre (915 Acadia Drive). A special thank you to all the staff for the wonderful care our father received during his time at Luther Care Home and a special thank you to Janice, you were very special to Dad. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Mental Health Endowment, RUH.
