1933-2016
Ellen Mack passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on July 10, 2016 at the age of 83. She is survived by her children Sue (Ross), Terry (Carol), Dave (Gail), Janet, Shirley (Chris) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Peter and granddaughter Sara. Together with Peter she owned and operated Mie Mee Cafe for many years until their retirement in 1998. Mom was a great cook and loved to garden. She was generous and kind and will be missed by many. Special thanks to all the staff at Porteous Lodge for their loving care. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 16th at 1 p.m. at Acadia-McKague’s Funeral Centre, 915 Acadia Drive (306-955-1600)
