Eva Motesiczky

MOTESICZKY, Eva Mary (nee Danchak) passed away peacefully March 8, 2022 at St. Paul’s Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents William and Frances Danchak and her husband Steve. Left to cherish memories of her are her son Mark and her daughters Barb and Wendy (Doug). Also surviving her are her brother Mike Danchak (Sherrill), 3 grandchildren Erin (Mitch), Sara (Nolan) and Denise (Zachary) and three nieces Ronda, Tracee and Corinne.

Mom was born October 19, 1933 in Alvena, Saskatchewan. She was a homemaker who loved to garden and cook. She loved to dress up nicely and enjoyed country music. She enjoyed a trip to Nashville with her uncle Bill Stus and his wife Elsie, whom mom was very close to. She also loved when her son Mark took her to visit her brother Mike in Edmonton.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the nurses and many other staff at Parkridge Centre and the nursing staff and doctors on the 5th floor and emergency of St. Paul’s Hospital. We would like to thank them for their kindness and compassion and all the good care they gave mom.
