It is with sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Henry “Hank” Ritchie at his home on Thursday, November 9, 2017 following a short illness. Henry leaves to cherish, his wife of 60 years, Helen and their 4 children Darrell (Pamela Tamblyn), Darcy, Karen (Lewis Walerius) and Brent (Sheri); grandchildren Breanne (Marcel) & Elise Ritchie, Marissa (Jon) & Brett Theriault and Riley, Matt, Makenna & Carter Ritchie; sisters Fran & Pauline; brothers John (Mary), Victor (Diane); as well as numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Henry was predeceased by his parents Albert & Pearl; brother Gene; sister Darlene; and daughter-in-law Jeanine Ritchie. In Hank’s memory, the family would appreciate memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (1738 Quebec Ave #26, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9). A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Windsor Chapel (704 Windsor St.) in Saskatoon (Wheel Chair Accessible).
