Herb passed away suddenly at his residence in Saskatoon. He was predeceased by his parents Ken and Irene Cooper. He will be missed by his family, sisters Jeanne (Dennis), Barb (Bob) and brother Mark (Cheryl); nieces, nephews and their families. Herb lived most of his 63 years in Regina. He worked in various sales positions and security and was employed at the Regina airport for several years. Herb loved his Regina Pats, Riders, Blue Jays and the Leafs. He was always there for others. Loved the little kids; liked to joke around with them. He was loved, and will be forever missed, by all who knew him.
