Jeffrey Jay Tweedie
June 29, 1971 – May 6, 2012
The family are deeply saddened to announce the sudden, unexpected death of Jeff on Sunday, May 6, 2012. Jeff was born to Isabelle and Earl Tweedie on June 29, 1971 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon and, except for a few brief stints, spent almost his entire life here. Jeff was predeceased by his father Earl, sister Dawn and an infant brother John. Left to mourn his passing are his mother Isabelle, sister Karen, brother-in-law Richard and niece Lara Cristiano of Wynyard, Sk., his Aunts Fay Rupert, Marian (Jerry) Kump, Uncle Bruce (Linda) Hodgson and many cousins. Jeff was employed for many years by RadioCab as a driver and dispatcher, for a period as a bus driver for the health region, and in recent years as a dispatcher for Astro Towing. He loved music, movies and of course, the Riders. He was very excited about a motor trip across Eastern Canada that he and a friend had planned for July this year. Unfortunately he passed away too soon. A remembrance service and tea followed by a private burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Acadia McKague’s Funeral Centre, 915 Acadia Dr., Saskatoon, Sk. 955-1600 Condolences to the family may be emailed to www.acadiamckaguesfuneralcentre.ca
