It is with great sadness that his family announces the passing of Jeffery Thomas at his home in Saskatoon on Sunday, July 16, 2023. Jeff was born in Saskatoon on August 10, 1965 to Phyllis and Stan Thomas. Jeff grew up spending time with his cousins and close family friends and enjoyed playing a variety of sports. Jeff was most often found on the hockey rink, which quickly grew to be his life’s passion. This enthusiasm was passed on lovingly to his three children and he was always eager to discuss the latest stats and news related to his favorite NHL team, the Chicago Blackhawks. Jeff was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his sister Jacquie (Ron) Yourk, ex-wife Susan Bauml-Thomas, and children Adam, Clark, and Kate Thomas. Also left to cherish his memory are a number of cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends. A Celebration of Jeff’s Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Acadia Funeral Chapel (915 Acadia Drive, Saskatoon). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to KidSport Saskatoon. Arrangements entrusted Travis Minor.
