

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Joe Nizinkevich. In his 98 years Joe lived a full and rich life, enjoying and experiencing many exciting events and activities. Among them were, farming, family, tinkering and fabricating in his shop, painting, cooking, visiting and entertaining family and friends, and travelling. Together with his wife Dorothy, watching their children grow up was his greatest joy. The addition of grandchildren and then great-grandchildren only added to his joy. Left to mourn his passing are his children: Doug(Noreen) Nizinkevich, Roger(Wynne Nicolson) Nizinkevich, Brenda(Greg) Lightfoot: Grandchildren: Rachel(Justin) Brewer, Shane(Andy) Oostevich, Janaye(Tony) Chubb, Tyler(Amy) Lightfoot; Great- grandchildren: Jayla, Bryson, Theodore, and Evynn. Joe was predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy of 65 years in 2018 and numerous family members. Please join the family in a celebration of Joe's long and blessed life on Saturday March 12, 2022, 10:30 a.m. at Holy Spirit Parish (114 Kingsmere Place Saskatoon SK). For everyone's comfort and safety we kindly request those in attendance wear a mask.
