Ken was born on November 20, 1957, and grew up in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. After high school, Ken spent several years working in Toronto and later returned to Saskatoon to be closer to family. Ken had a great curiosity for reading and learning: he had a phenomenal memory for dates and details, particularly on world wars and history. Ken approached life with a positive attitude, always happy to be included in family gatherings to visit and enjoy the company.
Ken is lovingly remembered by his brothers Ted & Jud (Mariann) and sister Donna, as well as seven nieces and nephews and their families. Ken was predeceased by his parents Park and Ruth Rich.
