Kent Ashley Carl Saunders

Kent was born on December 5, 1973. He was raised on the farm at Milden until the age of 3, when we moved into Saskatoon. After completing his education he worked security at the Saskatoon Airport, expanding and exploring his love of airplanes. He then farmed with his dad at Milden for twenty years. During that time he received his work visa for Australia. After harvest at the age of 19, he travelled to Australia working construction in the winter and arriving home in the springtime to start seeding. He did that routine for two years, spending both his 20th and 21st birthdays in Australia.

Kent was a very giving, thoughtful, kind, positive and reliable person. He was never late. He loved his family, airplanes, and Fed Ex. Kent had a special spot in his heart for his niece and nephew, always sharing a smile, and interest in what they were doing. Kent is survived by his mother, Janet Saunders, sister and brother in law, Krista and Larry Lukey and their children Rylan and Shayla. He was predeceased by his father, Don Saunders in 2013 and both sets of grandparents, Ross and Jean Bricker and Bernie and Mary Saunders.

A special thank you to all the staff at Palliative Care. Their great care and kindness was so appreciated. A family Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.
