Margaret Charles

We are saddened to announce the passing of Doreen Charles on October 23, 2021 to ovarian cancer. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. By her side was her loving husband, Maurice Charles. To say she will be dearly missed does not do justice to how much of a loss this world is without her. A loving and non-judgmental woman to all, she loved nature and all its glory. When she spoke, she sung her words and was always the bright and warm sunshine wherever she was. Her love for the arts, gardening, music and crafts will live on. She is survived by her loving husband Maurice and family. Daughters: Celena Charles (Jeff, Jordanne, Chandra), Mauranna and Dean Lemieux (Tasia, Kayden, Taylor), Danielle and Mark Kincade (Kiya, Trey); Son; Stephen and Sherrie Charles (Kaitlyn, Nathaniel); her two sisters, Gloria Rystrom and Kathie Wood, two brothers Wilf Allen and Lyell Allen. She was predeceased by her parents George and Marjorie Allen and sister Barb Vanderstel. A Graveside Service will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens on Monday, November 8th 2021 at 1:30 p.m. Arrangements are in care of Mourning Glory Funeral Services (306)978-5200
