What a loss to this world. I worked with Marilyn in the Learning Resource Centre at the RPC and will never forget the good laughs we had together. Her spunk and positive attitude are something I strive for every day! I will never forget her.

Robert, Kiley, Corleen and Kloe, so sorry I couldn't make it to the funeral this past week.  I will be thinking of you often as you mourn the passing of your wife and mother.

We were saddened to hear of Marilyn's passing.  We will miss her kind and giving nature, ready smile and generous spirit.  May your wonderful memories of the past comfort you during this time.

I was so very sorry to be told of Marilyn's passing.  I worked with her at RPC and she was a dedicated teacher who saw the potential in everyone. She was a friend and a colleague.  My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.

Our sympathy to all of Marilyn's family. She was a cherished colleague for many years - a truly beautiful soul and I enjoyed our laughs on the latest garage sale finds and redecorating over the years... Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. She will be missed and the joyful memories will remain.

I was very sad to hear that Marilyn had moved on.  She had a great sense of humour and I recall having many fun conversations with her in the Library at the RPC.

While I did not personally know Marilyn, I feel like I did, because she was my sister's best friend. I know that they went from work partners to casual friends to best friends during the time that they taught together, and then retired together at RPC. I know that the level of trust that they had for each other was built on the fact that they always "had each other's back" in what could be a very stressful and even dangerous workplace. That trust and comradery was a very strong foundation for a very special friendship between two very strong, hard-working, dedicated and determined women. I am so sorry that my sister has lost her dear friend. My deepest condolences to all of Marilyn's beloved family and to all of her treasured friends. Marilyn has left behind a lovely legacy of loyalty and devotion that will surely last forever.

I am so sorry to hear about Marilyn's illness and death. I have so many fond memories of our quick interactions at work....our unit shared the washroom with the folks in the Learning Resource Centre...Marilyn was such a positive and caring person. Always finding the best qualities in others. She will always hold a special place in my heart. RIP dear one!

I worked with Marilyn while she was working in the LRC at RPC. As a Manager, it was always nice to see Marilyn and she was happy with her job and offered candies to me everytime I would stop in to say.  While I didn't know her struggles with cancer, I could see that she had her own inner battles.  My sympathy to her family, as you could always tell by her smiles, she had a family who loved her dearly.  She will be missed.

Marilyn was my Grade 5 teacher and she was so young and lovely and a wonderful teacher . My condolences .

Robert, Kiley, Corleen and Chloe -- I was saddened to hear of Marilyn's passing.  Marilyn and I grew up in the small farming community around Ebenezer and went through school together.  We've kept in touch over the years though not nearly often enough.  I have many fond memories of Marilyn from over the years.  I will miss her.
