It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lyn Taylor, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister after a short battle with cancer. She is predeceased by her husband Lorne, parents Rudy and Irma Weisner and brother Dallas. She is survived by her sons; Neil, Rudy (Lisa), Curtis (Noreen), Shawn (Wendy) and James (Jill). Her Grandchildren; Dallas (Coralee), Kevin (Amanda), Ashley (Ricky), Nathan, Landon, Hayden, Hayley, Hudson, Holton, Micheal (Taneen), and Justin. Great Grandchildren; Violet, Ethan, Ava and Elliott. Brothers and Sisters; Dale (Shirley) Weisner, Mryna (Ken) McBroom, Sandra Dean (Dan); Dennis (Vicki) Weisner, Wendy Weisner (Paul), Shelley Weisner (Reg), and numerous nieces and nephews. Lyn was quiet in nature. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was very passionate about her family. Lyn (Lorne) moved to Clavet in the early seventies, where they raised their five boys. Lyn was a substitute teacher in Clavet and she worked many years at the family store in Clavet. She worked by Lorne’s side with Taylor Auction Services for many years. Lyn loved spending time with her sister and friend Myrna. She enjoyed the many trips they took together. She loved watching ball, gardening, playing cards, feeding the blue jays in the area and spending time with her many grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Lorne and Lyn will be honored at a church service later this summer. Service dates will be announced on the Clavet - Community Events, Recreation, News Facebook page. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Clavet Fire Department and First Responders.
