It is with heavy hearts that we announce the tragic and sudden death of Murray Edward Tumback on January 23, 2014 at the age of 59 years. Murray was born and grew up in Eston, SK. He has 3 brothers and 3 sisters. From Eston he moved to B.C. He was married and has 4 children. He moved to Saskatoon in the early 90’s where he resided until his death. Murray was an avid bowler, a Toronto Maple Leafs fan and of course was often seen wearing his Rider green and white. Murray had a willing hand and a caring heart. A huge thank you is extended to all the medical personal, first-responders, social worker, clergy, coroner, RUH Emergency Staff and the Saskatoon City Police that responded to the accident. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Schizophrenia Society of Saskatchewan (230 Ave R. S, Saskatoon, SK S7M 2Z1). Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 30th at The Cathedral of the Holy Family with Very Rev. Father David Tumback presiding.
