Rose passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at St. Paul’s Hospital at the age of 82. Rose is survived by her husband of 62 years, Ron; her children: Heather Carr (Gigie Capati) of Edmonton, AB, Jake Carr (Mary Kuharski) of Wabigoon, ON, Cheryl Crowell of Prince Albert, Terry Carr of Delisle, Diane Carr of Delisle, and Shelly (John) Wright of Vanscoy; her grandchildren: Stephen Crowell of Alberta, Jennifer Crowell of Saskatoon, Kevin Crowell of Prince Albert; and her great grandchildren: Michael Dyck and Nicholas Dyck of Saskatoon. She is predeceased by brothers: Robert Aplin, William Aplin, and Arthur Aplin; sisters: Alice Unruh, May Nichols, Dolly Eastland; and step-sisters: Blanche L’Afreiner, Evelyn Loiselle, and Irene Malo. Rose enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her family. A private family gathering will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Rose’s name may be made to a charity of your choice.
