Mom's earthly journey ended peacefully March 21 at the age of 65. She is survived by son Paul (Shannon), daughter Brenda (Stuart) Whiting and son Jon (Sarah) and her "little girls" Emerson and Avery. She is survived by brothers Marvin (Sonya) and Glenn (Bette), nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Ted, son Ira, parents Joe and Evelyn Shiskoski and brother Victor. Sharon was a devoted wife, loving mom, doting Gramma and loyal friend. Mom dedicated her life to raising her family and maintaining a welcoming home to many friends. Despite the loss of her son and beloved husband, her strength and determination were an inspiration to so many. Her unshakable faith enabled her to persevere with grace through her ongoing health challenges. The family would like to extend thanks to Dr. S. Ahmed, nurse Tracey, Dr. Harrington, nurses Renee and Amelda, and the Palliative Care team for the exceptional care and compassion provided.  The Funeral Service will be held at the Dundurn Community Hall at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 25.
