Walter "Wally" Michael Yurchuk

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Walter “Wally” Yurchuk. Loving him forever and always are his wife of nearly 60 years, Elsie, children Marianne (Greg) Kaitlyn and Natasha; Barb (Glenn) Megan (Austin) and Emily (Will); Judy (Darryl and family); Michael (Carrie) Erica and Niklas. He is survived by his brother-in-law Roland, sister-in-law Betty (Jerry), brother-in-law Mike (Hope), and numerous nephews and nieces. Wally was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Barbara, in-laws John and Alice Bilinski, siblings Mary, Anne (Peter), Katie (Mike) and Nataline. Born on the family farm near Meacham, Wally enjoyed farming for over 60 years and still regularly visited after retirement. Wally loved visiting with family and friends, was an avid fastball player and curler in his youth. He always enjoyed kaiser, spades and billiards. He was active in the Church and always had time to help and volunteer. We are grateful for his long and fulfilled life. Family, friends and East Court Villa family will deeply miss him.
