KURYLIW, Chester - Peacefully at home, Chester fell asleep in death with his family at his side, on Tuesday, August 10th, 2010 at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Verna for 28 years. Pre-deceased by his parents Peter and Maria Kuryliw. Loving father of Raymond (Ainslie), Linda Sillanpaa (Victor), Adrian (Jude) and Ken (Janet). Loving step-father to Linda Cureatz (Jack), Randy Fournier (Mersini), Marilyn Burnes (William), Karen Dumoulin (Ron), Janice McLean (late Skip) and Dan Fournier (Tammy). Cherished Grandfather of Laura Byers (Jesse), Nicholas Sillanpaa, Monica Sillanpaa (Chad), Anna Kuryliw, Lisa Egan (Duane), Peter Cureatz (Andrea), Jeff Cureatz (Laura), Andrew Fournier, David Dunn (Shari), Shauna Dunn, Stephanie Dunn, Jarrett Dunn, Chris Dumoulin (Nicki), Marc Dumoulin (Anne), Darryl Dumoulin (Vanessa), Adam Gard, Ryan McLean and Danielle Fournier. Proud Great-grandfather of 12. Dear brother of Stephen (Shirley), late Stephanie (late George), late Walter (Mary) and Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Chester will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. Special thanks to the Nurses and Staff of the Community Care Access Centre, Bayshore Home Health (Pat and Dawn) and WE Care Home Health for their compassionate care of Chester, thus allowing him to remain peacefully at home. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, August 12th from 7 - 9 p.m. and on Friday, August 13th from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Mr. William Clarke officiating.
