He was born on July 18, 1956 to the late John and Anne Reid. Step-son of Elaine Reid of Alberta. Married to the late Noreen Reid (nee Deslaunier), who will be waiting with open arms to greet him. He will be missed by his three beautiful sons Joe (Christine) of North Vancouver, Dan and Steve of Sault Ste. Marie. Devoted grandfather of Edie. Forever remembered by his twin brother Patrick (late Dawn) of Scotland and brother Peter (Jan) of Calgary. Colin will be missed by many nieces and nephews, most importantly his special niece and travelling partner Andrea. Colin will be missed by extended family and friends.
As per Colin’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation to Algoma Residential Community Hospice (A.R.C.H.) or Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre (by cheque or online) can be made in his honour.
