It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Marguerite at the age of 95. Daughter to the late Arthur and May Roloson. She is happily reunited with her late husband Stanley. Predeceased by her siblings Harvey (late Betty), Mary (late Milton), Joe, Melvin (late Gladys) and Jean. She is survived by her brother, Donald. Special friend to Gary Fasken. She leaves behind many other relatives and friends who will miss her.
Marguerite will be fondly remembered for her kind and caring nature, in her spare time she stayed active, going fishing with her husband and spending time with her family. She always took pride in being a homemaker, and taking care of her home and husband. She enjoyed bowling and gardening. She stepped up in a big way for our family, offering to babysit her nieces, nephews and Godson, whenever needed. She learned to be a strong independent woman through life's hardships.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Staff at the March of Dimes, particularly Courtney and Sarah for their care and compassion, always going over and above what was required.
A private family graveside urn committal will take place in Marguerite's honour at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. -705-759-2522). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
