Dear son of the late Malcolm and Margaret Moffatt, loving brother of Susan Moffatt Guignard and brother-in-law Bernard Guignard. Neil will be dearly missed by surviving relatives in Sault Ste. Marie and many cherished friends in Winchester Ontario. A service to celebrate Neil's life will be held at Harmony Church, Winchester Ontario. A family graveside service will take place in the spring in Greenwood Cemetery, Sault Ste Marie. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society.
