In those short 44 years we saw a loving person in Scott. He loved the outdoors, driving cars and trucks. He also liked working on cars and driving to visit relatives. He enjoyed playing the piano and had a deep love for music. In his later years, he was reading the word; he became a student of the Bible.
His loving smile will be deeply missed and the way that he genuinely loved to help people. He loved his family deeply and would tell us often how much. He loved to cook and try new recipes and they were very good. But most of all his love for his Savior was the greatest.
The family would like to extend their love and gratitude to the Church, family, and friends, who prayed for him and encouraged him and his family.
He is survived by his wife, Amy Simmons, daughter Catherine Simmons, parents, Donald and Ellen Simmons, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
