I can't believe he is gone. We talked several times that week and he was just as energetic and silly as always. He called me just last Friday to wish me a safe trip to Nevada and to tell me he still hadn't seen any deer. I feel so terrible about not being able to make it home for his funeral. He was my best friend at work, though whenever he was around, it was so much fun that you really couldn't call it work. He was always there when you needed him (or just a laugh) and I will never forget him!
