

He was born in Savannah, Ga., and was a graduate of Hardeeville High School.
He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Navy, and was employed as an Electrician by the Chatham County Board of Education for the past 29 years.
David was a member of the Presbyterian Church, and enjoyed motorcycles, hunting, fishing, collecting flashlights, and had a special appreciation for nature and the outdoors.
David especially loved his family and friends.
He is survived by a daughter, Melissa Kate Williams, of Seneca, S.C.; his mother, Catherine Baggs Williams of Savannah, GA; his father and stepmother, Norman F. Williams (Doris) of George Town, Florida; Stepsister, Pam K. Miller, 2 sisters, Catherine Lyn Cheung, Roswell, GA; and Machelle Williams Marchant (Ike), of Savannah, GA; aunt, Willene Baggs McCall (James Michael McCall) of Willis, Texas; 1 niece, 4 nephews and several cousins.
Visitation: 12 – 2 p.m. Saturday at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Memorial Service: 2 p.m. Saturday, in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel, with Rev. Clifford Coursey, officiating.
