Wesley Dale Blitch

Wesley Dale Blitch, 56, of Savannah, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 7, 2011, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lila Walker Blitch and his father, John Joseph Blitch. Wesley was born and raised in Savannah and attended local schools. He was a plumber by trade and worked for Blitch Plumbing Co. He was a member of Local Union # 188, Plumbers and Steamfitters. He was of the Christian Faith. He is survived by his mother, Louise Christy Blitch; two daughters, Patty B. Edens (Derek) and Jessica B. Lee (Derek Lee); two brothers John J. Blitch (Kathy) and Sammy Blitch (Shirley); five sisters, Rosalie Edwards, Alice Vandenburgh, Mary McGrath, Sarah Ginn (James) and Evelyn Palmer; one step-daughter, Sheila Sanchez; one step-son, Dale Walker; nine grandchildren, several nieces and nephews Visitation: 6 - 8 p.m. Monday, May 9, 2011 at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C.
