Hubertis passed away on April 11th, 2022 in Toronto, Canada after his battle with dementia for more than five years. He was born in Colombia and has resided in Toronto since 2002, he is survived by his wife and eternal love Remedios, his daughters Deilys, Derizabeth (Juan) and granddaughter Kimberly
A Funeral Service for Hubertis will be held Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 12:00 PM at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 24 Ferrand Drive North York, ON M3C 3V4. Following the Funeral Service will be a burial at Westminster Cemetery, 5830 Bathurst Street, North York, ON M2R 1Y6.
Everyone is welcome to come back to the church after the burial for some light refreshments and a moment with the family.
